Terms of Service

1. All sales contracts are made directly between our store and the customer. We are responsible for product quality, delivery, and customer service.

2. Orders made to customer specifications are produced within 1-2 weeks after order confirmation.

3. Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, incorrect, or does not match the description. Orders made to customer specifications are generally not returnable unless there is an error on our part.

4. Payment is accepted electronically, and full payment is required before production begins.

5. We guarantee product quality, but we are not responsible for losses caused by accidents or improper use by the customer.

6. Customer data is used only for order processing and communication, and is not sold to third parties.
