Order Processing Time for In-Stock Items
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders received after 5:00 PM are processed the next business day. Sundays and public holidays are not included in the processing time.

Made-to-Order Items
Orders for made-to-order items are fulfilled within 5–10 business days, depending on seasonal demand.

Delivery Costs
Pickup is available from our workshop at Jūrmalas Street 14, Piņķi, free of charge.
Delivery via OMNIVA parcel machines costs €2.99.
Delivery via DPD parcel machines costs €2.99.

Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Delivery Restrictions
Currently, we only deliver within Latvia.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will assist with replacement or refund.
