Return and Refund Policy

  1. Our children’s hats are custom-made to the selected size; therefore, returns due to changed preferences or incorrect sizing are not accepted.

  2. Returns and refund requests are only accepted if:

    • The item is defective or damaged.

    • There is a manufacturer error or incorrect item was sent.

  3. To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, describing the issue and providing photos.

  4. Approved returns will be provided with return instructions and a shipping address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  5. For customers in the European Union, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to personalized or custom-made products such as our children’s hats.

  6. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
